ORDER OPTIONS
You may order online, by fax or by mail.
Offline Ordering: print out order form, complete ordering information on form and fax to (239) 596-0417 or mail to us. Kindly always make sure to include your email address or phone number.
ORDER INFORMATION
We currently accept VISA and MasterCard. You may pay your fax/mail orders using a money order or certified check. Make checks payable to RCW Special Gifts & More (see About Us section). You may also use PayPal to pay for your order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
If ordering and paying online, you will normally receive an automatic order e-mail confirmation unless your e-mail address was entered incorrectly or the e-mail transmission failed. Then we will send you an e-mail once your order is processed notifying you of the ship date or the date the order was shipped. If ordering by fax or mail we will keep you informed about the status of your order by email or mail.
SALES TAX
We are required to collect a 6% FL sales tax for orders shipped to the state of Florida. This will be automatically calculated at checkout. Sales tax is not charged for items shipped to other states. No other taxes apply.
BACKORDERS
All products are usually in stock. If availability is limited or purchases must be backordered, you will be notified and can decide how to proceed with your purchase.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping & Handling Charge: We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders $ 95.00 & up. For all other orders shipping and handling charge is $ 7.95.
Shipping Method: We ship by United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). We currently only ship in the continental U.S..
Shipping Time Frame: You should receive your order 7 to 14 business days after placing the order.

GUARANTEE STATEMENT
We firmly stand behind all the products we offer to our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return it for a full refund. Please follow the instructions outlined in our section Return Policy (see below).
RETURN POLICY
We firmly stand behind all the products we offer to our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return it for a full refund. We accept returns within 30 days of shipment day for a full refund of your purchase price.
All returns have to be sent back prepaid. All returned items must be undamaged/unused and in their original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We require that you contact us by email at support@playandlearnstore.com prior to returning an item. We will then email you detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return, since return procedures may vary from product to product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your order, we must be notified by phone or by email before your item has been shipped. For all other cancellation requests, please refer to the Return Policy (see above).
